Custom processed at O’Keefes Meats in Le Center, MN to meet your family’s needs. Processing time takes 2-3 weeks after delivery date.
Approximately 130-140 pounds of beef.
You will receive a customized combination of:
-Roasts
-Steaks
-Ground beef
-Soup bones
Single animal sourced beef share.
**You will be responsible for picking up your beef from the meat market after it is processed. You will pay market directly for processing costs (usually around $150 per quarter, but varies slightly depending on the cuts and packaging you choose).
