In 2021, we made the decision to step away from traditional careers and fully commit to our family, our farm, and the future we’re building together. It wasn’t the easy path, but it was the right one.

Hard work lives here. So does joy, growth, and the freedom to build something meaningful for generations to come.

We raise steers for direct-to-consumer beef with a focus on animal care, nutrition, and responsibility.

Our cattle are fed twice daily with a carefully balanced grain ration that includes cracked corn, distillers grains, and minerals in addition to hay developed alongside an animal nutritionist to support animal health and produce a high-quality, nutrient-dense beef product.

Distillers grains are a byproduct of ethanol production, allowing cattle to upcycle nutrients that would otherwise go to waste. This is a system that supports both sustainability and quality.

Cattle play an important role in agriculture. They convert grasses, crop residue, and byproducts that humans can’t eat into a powerful source of nutrition.
